After a slow June, fishing became better. August was pretty good on Gran Canaria , boats were seeing plenty of white and Blue Marlin.
September and october are still very good month, also because the wind comes down and the boats can also move to the eastern islands and fish the banks in the south of Fuereventura.
Myself I am happy to fish more again next year in my "home waters" after coming back to Gran Canaria end of june from Cape Verde.
Ascension was also going off this summer, right now we dont have any anglers up to beginning of october but the guys with spearguns are landing up to 3 yellowfin tuna over 200 lb every day.
