Our
report is compiled from the catches of our fleet.
We’ll
update the report each week.
This
week was highlighted by the return of a Striped Marlin bite over the Gordo
Banks. A strong warm water current heading south out of the Sea of Cortez brought
warmer water over the Banks and our guys are finding the fish.
On
April 11th. Mr. Riha and his friends spent the day chasing the fish
aboard our fast 35’ Cabo “SALSA” with Captain Juan Carlos “Brincos” Lopez at
the helm. As many as 25 Striped Marlin were spotted and the crew was able to
hook up 3 of these hard fighting fish for our clients. Total fleet production
was 5 Striped Marlin, 1 Yellowtail and 1 Grouper.
April
13th was another day of spotting the Stripers and the crew of the
“Picante Expresso” our fast 31’ Cabo was our boat of the day. With Captain
Eduardo
“Lalo”
Cesena at the controls our charter Kim Andin and friends could not have been
more excited after releasing 2 Striped Marlin. Fleet production was 7

On April
14th. Mr. Keen and his family chartered our 35’ Cabo Express “CISCO”
with Captain Jose “Mocho”Nunez at the controls and deckhand Ricardo working the
Cockpit. World class Striped Marlin fishing over the Gordo Banks kept the folks
busy releasing 4 Striped Marlin. Total
fleet
production was 13 Striped Marlin released.

denied and put their charter Mr. Robinson and his crew on the Stripers too.
